As evening falls and the stars begin to shine, we’ll follow our guide into the quiet forest, where the snowy landscape awaits. If we’re lucky, the sky will come alive—green, violet, and red lights dancing on the horizon, as if the northern sky itself had awakened.
The Northern Lights are more than just a sight—they’re a feeling you carry in your heart. The warmth of the campfire, a hot drink in hand, and the peaceful winter scenery around you create the perfect moment to pause and simply be.
This is an experience you’ll never forget—nature’s own light show in the night of Kainuu, Arctic Lakeland.
At the start of the trip, we’ll head to the best local spot for spotting the Northern Lights. From there, you’ll have clear views in every direction. Most often the auroras appear in the northern sky, but at times they can show up anywhere.
