If you have booked your transportation through us, you will be warmly welcomed at the airport and transported to your accommodation in Vuokatti, where you can check in and make yourself comfortable.

Day 2
Start your first full day in the exciting Vuokatti region, part of the stunning Arctic Lakeland, with a healthy and delicious breakfast. After that it’s time to gear up for your first adventure.
You’ll be exploring the beautiful winter wonderland on eFatbike, a bike with extra-wide tires and an electric engine designed to make cycling through snowy forest trails both effortless and enjoyable. As you ride through the snow-covered landscape, you’ll be surrounded by serene beauty. Remember to stop to admire the stunning views, and of course, capture photos of the breathtaking scenery.
In the afternoon and evening, just sit back and enjoy free time at your own pace.
Day 3
Today is the day for one of the most thrilling excursions. Enjoy the wonderful winter scenery on a snowmobile safari! This guided tour takes you in the middle of beautiful landscapes. Admire the snowy trees and rugged nature around you and enjoy the thrill of speed while driving across snow covered fields. On the way back, stop for a break to enjoy hot drinks and sweet snacks.
And after all that excitement, relaxing at Katinkulta Spa is the perfect way to relax. The combination of warm pools, saunas, and the tropical ambiance inside is such a contrast to the icy world outside. Whether you’re enjoying the Roman pool or the atmospheric smoke sauna, it will be a perfect way to wrap up your active day. Enjoy your day of thrills and relaxation—as it will be unforgettable! Day 4
If you wish to have a slow morning, there’s no rush, as your day begins with plenty of time to relax. Your first activity starts in the afternoon, and it’s one of the most popular winter activities in Vuokatti. Visiting a husky farm and trying dog sledding! Once you’re all geared up, our guide will give you instructions on how to drive a dog sled. The trail will take you through snow covered fields and serene forest trails.
The option to switch drivers during the 6km safari means everyone gets a taste of the action, and it’s a great way to share the fun. Enjoying some hot Finnish berry juice and grilled sausages afterward is a perfect way to warm up!
After this exiting experience, enjoy some free time in the afternoon.
Day 5
Unfortunately, this wonderful winter adventure comes to an end today. It’s time to say goodbye and begin your journey home, with memories that will last a lifetime. Starting the day with a delicious breakfast and perhaps taking a final stroll through the beautiful winter landscapes is the perfect way to soak in your last moments in Vuokatti. If you have booked your transportation through us, you will be transferred to Kajaani Airport for your return flight back home. Safe travels!

The rental shop offers a range of bikes, including electric bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, and non-electric fat bikes. Children’s bicycles are also available, and a helmet is always included in the rental. With extra-wide tires and an electric motor, the eFatbike makes cycling through snowy forest trails effortless and enjoyable. As you ride through the snow-covered scenery, you’ll be surrounded by peaceful beauty.
Snowmobile Tour
Enjoy amazing winter scenery on a snowmobile safari! Your local guide will lead the way, when you drive safely into the winter wonderland by snowmobiles. Admire the snowy trees and rugged nature around you and enjoy the thrill of speed while driving across snow covered fields. On your way back you will stop for a break and enjoy hot drinks & sweet snacks. This safari suits well for beginners too. The route length is about 20 km.
Katinkulta Spa
Katinkulta Spa has several child-friendly pools, water slides, a sauna area with Roman-style pools, and a cozy smoke sauna by a pond where you can swim even in winter. There is a separate children’s pool for the little ones. The water currents and caves in the pool area inspire to play, and the wooden bridges connecting the pools amidst palm trees provide the perfect setting for a playful adventure.
Husky farm visit & dog sledding (Self-drive)
