VILLA CONE BEACH
The package takes place at Villa Cone Beach in Kuhmo, nestled in wilderness by a private-like lake. Pioneer to discover the unbeaten region and its authentic winter life. Connect with nature’s silence and sounds, engage in activities, and enjoy the sustainable villa’s comforts.
The 286 m² villa, available only in its entirety, features 3 bedrooms, and an extra 2-bed option. The master bedroom is with a double bed, and the other ones with a double or two single beds each. In this Basic package, maximum occupancy is 8 guests, with the villa best suited for families, extended families, and close friend groups.
The private in-house services and activities offered by Arctica Estates allow for virtually unlimited flexibility.

Day 1 - Kajaani Arrival
After your flight, deep darkness under the canopy of stars envelopes your private transfer to Villa Cone Beach.
Upon reaching the villa, nestled in the remote wilds of Arctic Lakeland, take a moment to settle in for a welcoming briefing on how to make the most of your stay.
The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy at leisure. You may consider taking a leisurely walk in the crisp night air beneath the Milky Way, with the sound of your boots crunching on the pristine snow.
The lakefront log sauna is prepared for your pleasures and wellbeing.
Enjoy either dinner or an evening snack, according to your preference.

Day 2 - Snowy Slowness
After breakfast, prepare for three easy experiences on your first full day.
Snowshoe through the nearby woods and marvel at nature’s resilience in surviving the winter.
Next, enjoy spinning each other with the merry-go-round sledge on the lake ice, available 24/7.
Your lunch will be served in the villa’s warmth.
Try kicksledding on the lake ice with this sustainable Nordic vehicle. As well, you can kick ahead on the villa’s private snowy roads. Only the imagination limits the fun you can have with snow.
Dine at the villa while reminiscing about your day’s adventures.
The lakefront sauna guarantees sweet dreams, especially if you dare to exit the hot sauna and cool down by rolling in the snow.
day 3 - Snowmobile Tour
After breakfast, venture further into the unknown from your cozy villa.
Take private control of your snowmobile at the villa or with a safari operator. Glide smoothly over the ice-covered lakes or dare deep into the woods on a bumpier track. Enjoy a storytelling break and a snowy light lunch or a picnic snack around a sparking fire.
Gather for dinner at Villa Cone Beach or at a selected restaurant, depending on where the ride took you. After a snowfall, explore the art of snow blowing.
The lakefront sauna awaits you if you choose to use it.
You have one snowmobile available for one hour every day of your stay, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Simply operate it near the villa under the staff’s supervision.
Day 4 - Ice fishing Adventure

Day 5 - Husky Sleigh Ride
Begin your day with breakfast, just like cute doggies do.
Get on wheels and move guided to the husky tour base. You and your husky team having accustomed to each other, hop on your sled, and let the team lead the way. The huskies will swiftly guide you along the track, whether on the lake ice or through the woods.
Today, your new friends in your mind, enjoy a lunch at a local restaurant.
That’s quite an adventure for one day! The rest of the afternoon is yours to make, unless you prefer to experience another activity.
The table is set for your dinner in the tranquil atmosphere of the villa.
Cap off your day with a visit to the lakefront sauna, perfect for soothing your husky excitement.
Day 6 - Wild Forest Reindeer Seacrh
After breakfast, prepare to encounter wild animals. Embark on a journey to search for wild forest reindeer. Only around 700 heads of the diverse Karelian subspecies remain in the world.
The tour is easy, as you travel by wheels. These threatened animals are much less frightened by cars than by people. As they roam freely over long distances, you may return empty-handed but certainly refreshed!
Lunch is at a restaurant along your route.
Enjoy your leisure time for the rest of the day or book another available experience instead.
Have dinner at the villa.
The lakefront sauna is ready for your relaxation, with the mysterious ‘Sauna elf’ happily heating the sauna stove for you.
Day 7 - Sightseeing Tour
Today marks your final full day before bidding farewell. It’s an opportunity to delve deeper into the region, creating lasting memories.
Your sightseeing tour is tailored to meet your preferences, allowing you to dictate the content, direction, and duration of the experience. Nature will naturally be woven into your experience. Lunch is included.
Various small regional towns are within your reach, including Vuokatti, Kajaani, and Kuhmo, the miniature cultural powerhouse, among others.
The afternoon and evening at Villa Cone Beach are yours to enjoy at leisure.

Day 8 - Farewell too soon
Your scheduled stay is soon coming to an end, all too soon. Savor a farewell breakfast and reminisce about your best experiences.
Lunch at the villa will fortify you for the journey back home.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure – unless you’re tempted for one more round with a snowmobile or another exploration.
Your transfer guide will escort you to the departure airport and highlight any remaining extra features along the way.
