On a husky safari, you will travel with the Siberian huskies through the snowy forests of Kainuu.
Our experienced guides will teach you how the basics of mushing and you can even get to try it out yourself. Children can enjoy the ride in a traditional, handmade two-person sled.
We will have a few breaks during the safari to take turns in the driver’s seat and to take photos of the surrounding nature and adorable huskies.
After the safari, your guide will tell you more about the lives of their dogs and how they train them.
Please note that we cannot always guarantee there are enough trips available for everyone. Therefore we advise you to book your safari at least two days prior.

- Starting point: From the top of Ukkohalla. You will get instructions from the hotel reception.
- Equipment: Warm and comfortable winter clothing, warm boots
